FLUORESCENT PIGMENTS (JC200 SERISE)

1. The main application areas:

ECO - friendly JC-200 series fluorescent pigments have high coloring power, thermal stability, light stability and good compatibility, which can be used for a variety of plastic processing and give good mechanical properties. It produces dazzling fluorescence under sunlight and ultraviolet light, no formaldehyde gas emission and non-stick roller during processing, easy to clean, non-toxic and pollution-free. Can be stored in a cool and dry place for a long time. Especially recommended for injection molding, blow molding, blow film, extrusion, calendering film, extrusion, extrusion, casting, vacuum molding and other processes, the production of safety equipment, toys, sporting goods, packaging bags and other dazzling goods.

3. Processability

JC-200 series fluorescent pigments can be used for plastic coloring processing up to 300 ° C, adding 1% antioxidant will increase its thermal stability, and it is also easy to process in the absence of dispersants. However, it is usually recommended to pre-disperse the pigment and process it into a form such as color masterbatch to achieve the best dispersion and best coloring effect.
